The Area

Every picture tells a story but the truth is, the pictures in our web site can only give you a glimpse off what we have to offer. The only problem that we have is where to start. Should we tell you about the scenery, or maybe about the golf course or gardens? What about the sea? Are you a sailor, or maybe you prefer to be on the beach whilst watching the seabirds and wildlife.

Maybe you’re a lover of seafood! Have you tasted langoustine, mussels or lobster, finished off with a wee dram. Are you a lover of fishing? River, loch or sea, it’s all here.

Maybe you would prefer spending your days walking the hills and mountains of Wester-Ross. Whilst the natural beauty of Torridon and Coigach are breathtaking, it is important to remember that if you are walking the hills and mountains the weather conditions can change at the blink of an eye. You should be properly dressed and equipped at all times. You should also tell someone where you are going and the time you expect to return. To this end we carry a stock of forms provided by the police which we will be happy to keep for you.

Whatever you preference, the evening time is when you can relax and enjoy good food, good company and good entertainment.
